In 2006 Dema founded Covario, one of the largest search marketing agencies that was sold in 2014 to the Dentsu Aegis Network. In 1996, he co-founded Silicon Space, a web development and software services firm that grew to $10M annually, then sold to Dataskill, Inc. Dema began his career at Andersen Consulting and Price Waterhouse. He earned his computer science degree from UC San Diego and was a researcher at the San Diego Supercomputer Center.

Mr. Wu also worked for private equity fund, McCown De Leeuw, Morgan Stanley and L.E.K. Consulting.
