Join Rio SEO and help us develop new business as an Inside Sales Representative for our software products.  We’re seeking that special someone that loves sales and has the talent that combines opposing forces. Someone who is both persistent and process-oriented to a fault, while also being creative new ideas to the table.

Due to our rapid growth as global leader in connecting consumers and brands at the local level, we are looking for an energetic and talented individual to join our Rio SEO Inside Sales team, who will be primarily responsible for making 40-70 calls per day to both create new opportunities as well as to provide support to sales directors. The best candidates will be motivated, a self-starter, and who work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Successful candidates must perform well under pressure and possess strong communication skills. As an Inside Sales Representative we want you to play a critical role in supporting sales activities and ultimately helping drive the growth of Rio SEO.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets, primarily in scheduling meetings and demonstrations for sales directors
  • Identify prospective contacts using various online tools including LinkedIn
  • Actively update and accurately maintain SalesForce and report activities to management
  • Provide sales team support by assisting with email/phone call follow-ups to prospects
  • Work with the sales team on sales campaigns and ensure appropriate marketing materials are sent at various stages of the sales cycle
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of the underlying technology and solution suite
  • Conduct scheduled webinars and qualify new leads and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of inside or direct sales experience is a big plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Not afraid of using the telephone you should be comfortable making cold calls
  • Organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Work well within a team setting, taking ownership of your responsibilities and helping out others when needed
