When the search term is in the form of a question the first listing in the SERPs might be in the form of a featured snippet. The Featured Snippet is located at the top of the search result and displayed in shows an “Answer box” with an answer summary and the website link underneath. There is not much we can do to have our website displayed in the featured snippet. Google determines programmatically which website best answers the question and displays it. The one thing we can influence is preventing Google from using our website for the featured snippet by using the nosnippet tag, but it will also block the display of descriptions under your SERP listing.
